The warm hospitality and welcoming front office manager were absolutely mind-blowing! They immediately recognized me and even upgraded my room without me asking. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making it a GREAT place for families. The clean pool and smaller pool for children were super convenient. The spacious, well-equipped rooms had everything I needed for a short stay, including free wi-fi, a car park, flat-screen TV. The location, surrounded by mountains and goats, was jaw-droppingly peaceful. Special thanks to the front office manager for providing us with connected rooms and a late check-out. this resort and spa exceeded all expectations and was far better than other 4-star hotels I stayed at in the area.

Mountain view, very beautiful and secluded! There is an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and sauna (which is something you can use for free), there are also paid SPa services. Nearby there are hot springs, where I did not go, can not say anything. They are paid but not expensive, about 400 rubles per person with a 50% discount from the hotel.

Very far. Elementary to buy a bottle of water, you have to walk downhill for 17 minutes to the nearest shop and then climb the mountain for 25 minutes! Or you can buy at the hotel restaurant for 200 rubles bottle. As for dinner, you either pay 1800 rubles per person for a meager buffet, or go to the nearest shops, there is one small cafe where local workers eat, the food is spicy very, the choice is scarce, but very cheap. There's nothing to do there for more than 2 days. The staff of the hotel answers questions, but important things are not said. For example, they didn't say the number of the local taxi, they said that there is no taxi here. But they gave the private driver's number! And on the Internet, I found the number of a local taxi service, and this is a well-known local network. Everything with a taxi meter and prices are acceptable, but somebody may need the number +971 800 1700.

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave and it provided excellent facilities for groups, families, and business meetings. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment for all guests.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with proper equipment and support staff.

Nestled amongst stunning mountains, this hotel is the ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The location offers breathtaking views and provides a serene atmosphere. Rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with modern amenities. The friendly staff offers attentive and exceptional service. Breakfast is a treat with delicious selections to satisfy a range of tastes. The outdoor swimming pool is beautifully maintained and overlooks the stunning mountain range.

The outdoor pool may be closed for maintenance from time to time.

There was no facility for passing the time in an open area, the swiming pool was so crowded and small and it was more similar to a home swiming pool than a hotel. The spa was gender seperate and makes it boring for couples who plannig to have a relaxation together. There was no sign of a green landscape and we forced to stay in room all the time of our stay there. For me its a hotel that I won't go back there and won't recomend it to my friends.

We loved the relaxing atmosphere, spacious rooms, and beautiful views from our balcony. The indoor pool and friendly staff were also great. This hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for getting away from the city.

We enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The view from our window was breathtaking, as we were situated on a hilltop in the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with connected rooms and allowing us a late check-out. The hotel also had a leisure swimming pool and free Wi-Fi in the rooms, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. It offers a peaceful location away from the city, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.

The location is not so beautiful, and the dinner buffet was not good enough

We had a blast visiting Khatt Hot Springs and Tower Links Golf Club. The hot springs were so relaxing, and we loved soaking in the warm water surrounded by beautiful mountains. And the golf club was so much fun, even though we're not pro golfers. It was a great way to spend the day with friends and have some friendly competition. Highly recommend these activities if you're looking for some adventure and fun!

The only thing we wished for was more nightlife options for young party-goers like us. The hotel had a laid-back vibe which was great for relaxing, but we were hoping for some late-night fun and music.

I like the SPA which is excellent for relaxation

flies every where, no activities after 9 pm ,it should be extended up to 12pm at least for spa and the pool !
